All returns, refunds, and exchanges require a receipt no older than 90 days.
Wearables must be returned in salable condition with a receipt no later than 7 days from purchase.
Food products must be in the original package with a UPC.
Special-order items and clearance items can not be returned.
To process your return, we will ask for your name, mailing address, and telephone number. Mounds is committed to keeping your personal information confidential.
All free bags redeemed via Astro Loyalty cannot be returned, they can only be exchanged for same size/brand. Any price differences to be paid by the customer.
Returns, including online orders, must be done in-store.
Coupon RedemptionPolicy
If receiving a free item with the use of a coupon, you will need an Astro Loyalty account.
Expired coupons will not be accepted.
Coupons are void if copied, scanned, altered, transferred, purchased, sold, or prohibited by law.
Store management has the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of ANY coupon(s). Store Management has the right to limit the quantity of coupons and/or items purchased in a single transaction, by a single Customer, or on a single day. Management has the right to refuse or limit the use of any coupon and/or subsequent return for any reason including if guests’ reoccurring behavior becomes disruptive or the items are deemed not to be for the purpose of using or gifting.
We do not give cash back nor do we apply any overages to the remaining items in the transaction if the value of the coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.
The Customer must fulfill all purchase requirements of the coupon.
Coupons will not be given back upon return of the merchandise.
Mounds will follow the fine print stated on the coupon.
At this time, Mounds does not accept mobile coupons.
The Mounds eCommerce website shop.moundspet.com cannot accept coupons and coupons cannot be applied to online transactions.
