Fundraiser Request

Your rescue, shelter, or animal-related 501(c)3 organization can request 1 of the below fundraising opportunities in a calendar year. Spaces are limited. You will be asked to provide the organizations 501(c)3 form or EIN number. You can request one of the fundraising events below and apply for the month-long round-up for your organization.

The three events below can take place in January, March, April, June, July, August, October, or November of 2021.

1. 10% Giveback Night


Sign up for a giveback night! Select 1 weekday evening. During the last 4 hours of each Mounds locations store hours (times vary by store), when a customer brings in your event fundraiser flier, 10% of their purchase will go back to your organization! Customers must show the printed flier at the time of check out for 10% of their purchase to be donated.


Weeknights are limited. Availability for a giveback night fundraiser is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tax and items purchased with Mounds gift cards are excluded from the donations.
10% is given from in-store purchases only.
Your organization must have a minimum of 2 in-store events within the month of your giveback night; one being on the night of your giveback. These can be at any of our 5 locations. Fliers cannot be handed out in or near the store the night of your giveback event. Mounds will create Facebook events for your in-store appearances, for your giveback night, share about the events on the Mounds Facebook and Instagram, and put the events on the Mounds website calendar.

2. Mounds Tote Fundraiser

Select the week you would like to have your Mounds Tote Fundraiser. $1 from every Mounds tote purchased will go to your organization within that specific week. Did you know that when someone brings their tote in to shop, they save 10 cents on their purchase?


Weeks are limited. Availability for a tote fundraiser is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your organization must have a minimum of 2 in-store events during the week of your tote fundraiser. These can be at any of our 5 locations. Mounds will create Facebook events for your in-store appearances, for your tote fundraiser week, share about the events on the Mounds Facebook and Instagram, and put the events on the Mounds website calendar.

3. Item Donation Drive

Choose a week you would like to have your item donation drive. Provide Mounds with your wishlist and drop off your donation bins at the store(s).

Weeks are limited. Availability for an item donation drive is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your organization must have a minimum of 2 in-store events during the week of your item donation drive. These can be at any of our 5 locations. Mounds will create Facebook events for your in-store appearances, for your item donation drive, share about the events on the Mounds Facebook and Instagram, and put the events on the Mounds website calendar.

Month-Long Round-Up Application


Apply for a month-long round-up for your organization. Customers will be able to round up their in-store purchase total at the register and the proceeds will go to your organization. The round-up will take place in either May or September of 2021.

Deadline to apply: March 31st, 2021

If selected, your organization is required to schedule and attend 3 in-store events during the month of your round up and 3 in-store events at other times through out 2021. The round-up will start the first Monday of the month and end on the last weekday of the month. If chosen for May, your round-up will start May 3rd and end May 31st. If chosen for September, it will start September 1st and ends September 30th.

Your organization can apply for the month-long round-up and do one of the 3 fundraising events listed above but must meet all of the in-store event requirements for both the event and the round-up.
