I understand and agree that if I am employed by Mounds Pet Food Warehouse, my employment is at-will. I may terminate my employment at any time and for any or no reason. Likewise, Mounds Pet Food Warehouse can terminate my employment at any time, with or without notice, and for any or no reason. I also understand and agree that nothing contained in the employment application or in the granting of an interview or anything set forth in any oral or written statement, communication or policy, now or in the future, constitutes a contract between Mounds Pet Food Warehouse and me for either employment or for the providing of benefits. No promises regarding employment have been made to me. I understand and agree that no such promise or guarantee is binding on Mounds Pet Food Warehouse, unless they are expressed promises made in writing and signed by the president of Mounds Pet Food Warehouse. I understand that proof of eligibility to work in the U. S. must be provided if I am selected for hire. I certify that I have read the above and completed this application providing information that is completed and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any omission or erroneous information is grounds for dismissal if I am selected for hire.
