Mounds would like to recognize Katie Severson as our August employee of the Month. Katie transferred from Mounds Sun Prairie to become the assistant manager at Mounds Fitchburg in 2013. She is described by her fellow employees as determined, outgoing, passionate, hardworking, and easy going. Katie is most knowledgeable in horses and dog training. She is currently training her new boxer puppy Scooter and also has a mini Dachshund named Daisy. Katie recently came up with a plan to reorganize problem areas in the warehouse. The new layout helps keep things more organized and allows for product to be more readily available when the product is needed on the sales floor. In her free time Katie enjoys spending time with her horses and dogs. She also enjoys many outdoor activities such as camping and kayaking.
